Pirate FM radio station operated at CSU Chico from 1986 to 1987 by Mike Johnson (Mycal). Ran a 10-watt transmitter with full student programming. Operated before the micropower radio movement, before the Ramsey FM-10 kit, and before Free Radio Berkeley — making it one of the earliest documented unlicensed FM stations of the modern era.
