Definition
A compact serial adapter dongle designed at iReady Corporation enabling internet connectivity for embedded and consumer devices via iReady's silicon TCP stack. The iDongle connected a Nintendo Game Boy to PHS mobile internet networks in 1999, enabling what may be the first internet-enabled gaming handheld. Part of the iReady iJack ecosystem of serial internet appliances.
